Hand forged Japanese style chef/kitchen knives

I have recently got into a bit of blacksmithing. I hand forge these Japanese style chef/kitchen knives out of old Sheffield steel files, the handles are made from guitar offcuts of maple, ebony, rosewood and other beautiful woods. they hold a fantastic edge, and I come in a handmade box.
